The "Bedroom Communities," that grew and flourished with a little help from FHA, the VA and others hardly qualify as "public housing." Unless a worldwide economic collapse occurs, we will need to build millions of new houses, or face mass inflation of housing costs. The incoming President's fortune was built in real estate mortgages, many of them being publicly financed. Call them "Trumptowns," if that does the trick. The point is, it is not too soon to get something going.
