Just curious! Why would you dishonor someone who was drafted to go fight in a war, who always respected the chain of command and followed orders, then was killed in the jungles of Vietnam. Should that soldier's memory be spit on?

I'm not big on conscription or the chain of command or following orders that even "accidentally" kill civilians. I think war is morally worse than assassination.

In reply to your conscription comment below, it's easy to say that when you're not the one being drafted or given a military order. I wonder how you would react if you were in a real soldier's shoes.

If I was drafted and thought the war was unjust I'd make a run for Canada or Mexico. If I was given an illegal order I like to think I'd frag the officer, but who knows?
