Three witches drawing! Happy belated Halloween!

This is a great Halloween drawing! I missed it on the occasion in an of itself, but I'm here for it now. This isso full of color and personality or personalities. I love this coven of witches. They appear to be good witches (reminds me of a song, Witchy Woman.) That aside, let's delve into this fun illustration, shall we... the different witches are most interesting. The one in blue I see has heterochromia, they say persons with irises of different colors possesses sight into both heaven and earth. What kinds of witchy magic is this coven up to? Maybe she is a fun loving personality always keeping a watchful eye or maybe even protective of her coven. She appears like she's a chill fun spirit, and ready for a good time. Love the shading of the hair, Billie Eilish vibe if she were older or needs to cast a special spell to get back to her once youthful appearance? Her dress is fun and the movement the dresses are a cool idea. I wonder what she is fishing for in her pocket, maybe a frog or eye of newt? The lace detail on her neckline and wrist are a nice touch and her floppy witch hat give her a quirky and fun vibe, always on the go, and just waiting for what is next. The with on the right definitely has a chill vibe going, what is in her hand? A cup of tea or coffee? A special brew they made, I suppose we'll never know unless the artist revisits her coven. In any case she has a look of kindness towards her coven almost like a watchful eye, and date I say a loving look. She seems to have a majestic aura definitely a more traditional witch just by the dress and hat alone, I love her cape, she appears to have a lifetime of wisdom, maybe that's why she appears so relaxed? The youngest witch is front and center. I hear that the artist has long hair, is this her? The young witch is decked out in a fun hip style, I love the fun hat with the side bow. The dress and sash, or scarf around her waist shows a style all her own, the detail of the sleeves and a scarf around her neck maybe there is a chill in the air from the spell she's casting? I absolutely love the hair on this with, the tousled look under the hat and long braid with hair ties to match her dress is really a wonderfully elegant purple, making this raven haired witch one with a flair and style all her own. What a mischievous look and grin the younger witch has, and I'm loving the attitude here. The flair of her hand out as she's holding her magical book as if to say watch out, here we go, let's begin!

I love this drawing. I wish I knew what the future holds for this trio! Maybe they'll be more witchy galore in a book or cartoon. Definitely looks like something that my children and even I would read or watch!

Aw, we get a double whammy from Arianna this Halloween! It being her favourite holiday, I knew she'd deliver the goods. I love this. The coven of witches look like so much fun to draw. Each has a different personality, as was illustrated so finely by the artist. This would make for quite an interesting graphic novel or animation. First, we have the witch on the left. She seems to be spunky and fun. She seems like a kind witch, but there's more than meets the eye with her, almost as if she's a chaotic sort of good witch. Her two different eye colours are a nice touch and begs the question of whether that's her natural appearance or if something happened, possibly a magical mishap? She seems to be the eldest of the witches, as evident on the cartoonish-yet-smooth gradation in her hair colour. Her necklace and the frills on her gown are a nice touch. The witch on the right, on the contrary, appears to be more put-together. She seems to be the wisest one, possibly the heart and brain of the trio. Her kind expression contrasts from the leftmost character because the leftmost woman, although smiling, seems to be more carefree and spunky, and the far-right one appears more caring and kind. She has the most regal air to her, as shown with her flowing cape and more subtle accessorizing. Her hat is also the most traditional of the three, in contrast with the rather ordinary hat of the leftmost one, whose appearance is probably a result of always finding herself in clumsy situations and probably just putting herself together the best that she can, and that brings us to who I'd go out on a limb to say is this coven's leader. Man, she's quite a character. Easily the most dramatic and flamboyant of the trio, her crazed expression and the gesture she's making as if to tell the others to stand back says all that needs to be said about this personality. If the blue witch is an "accidentally chaotic" type, always finding herself in a kerfuffle, the purple witch, make no bones about it, is purposely chaotic. If you've seen Hocus Pocus, she's the Bette Midler of this group. Knowing and owning her status, she's not only the most accessorized of the trio, but none of her pieces really go with each other, each one being its own bold statement, coming together to create an almost-certainly intentionally overpowering appearance with a lot going on. This character wouldn't know nuance if it hit her in the face. I love the contrast between the bold appearance she chooses to

cultivate and how she ignores aspects that most would be conscious of, for example, her outrageous dress sense that is certainly deliberate to make herself stand out from the others, opting for a darker, bolder, and more eclectic colour scheme than her followers, yet she chose to keep her hair, of all things, unkempt; however, that might also be a conscious choice to add to her appearance as a mad, mischievous witch. I love her hand gesture. Hey, if I'm not to be so presumptuous here, I'd almost guess that Arianna modeled the leader after herself, quite a bold and cheeky move indeed. I'd recognize her signature ponytail anywhere. She's seldom seen without it. Also the chocolate button eyes. Haha, don't think I don't see you, love! Overall, such a cool piece. Despite the simplicity of the concept, the three different personalities at play with this coven of witches offers so much potential. Again, mastering the art of creating and inferring a world of lore with each piece.
