He said that in response to Tony Hinchcliffe, a racist "comedian" who called Puerto Rico a "garbage patch". Tony Hinchcliffe was basically implying that Puerto Rico and everyone who lives there are "garbage". If you say something so racist about a whole group if people for being a different skin color than you then you earned yourself being called "garbage" because you act like a garbage person and you have no right to cry foul when you racistly insult a whole ethnic group.
