Try applying for retirement or social security services as a us citizen. 5 years ago the turn around time for a answer was 6 weeks to three months, now the answer is it's in processing and local offices can't do nothing about it... Wonder why ... Maybe that's because they are backed up with millions of applicants. The other issue is having employees that aren't obviously from America.
