Factually, there was not any joke made about "latinos" at all.

At MOST Puerto Ricans (not all Latinos -- why are you so racist to lump all people groups together???) could possibly be offended in ignorance. The joke was about the garbage problem in the streets of Puerto Rico.

That said -- The comedian's joke was in bad taste even if accurate. But 100% of the fault lies with the comedian. Trump and his campaign have already denounced him, so your attacks are flawed, ridiculous, and now moot.
