Democrats are working overtime to project all of what they have done and intend to do on Trump. No one is more dictatorial, socialist, fascist, Nazi and communist than a Democrat and Harris is one of the most extreme. That is why her entire campaign is build on blaming Trump.
The only thing she has said as a policy that she will do is "tax the rich". Why? Why is the left so adamant about taxing the rich? Why? Marx was an idiot when he came up with this eat the rich nonsense. Well... Marx was just an idiot. A Mephistopheles (aka Satan) loving idiot. An idiot that hated mankind. He was a miserable twit who did absolutely nothing with his life except for write plays and poetry about Mephistopheles and then came up with an social theory that resulted in the genocide of 100 million people. All in the name of some misguided utopia that Marx promised but could never deliver. The type of wretched creature that Marx was, should make everyone cringe at his idea of utopia.
Wealth is NOT finite. If it was then MAYBE Marx might have had a point.... maybe. If wealth was finite then the rich would be hoarding it. They would be keeping it away from the rest of us.
The massively colossal problem is that wealth is infinite. Wealth is not money, it is not gold, silver or anything like that. Wealth is based entirely on desirability or utility. We either want the rare shiny pretty metal to impress women (which is the only reason why I can think of that gold and silver became the standard of trade) or we want something that can be used to build stuff with. As it turns out gold has utility value as well as just being a pretty shiny metal that makes some women happy.
Money was a representation of gold for most of the history of this nation.
But none of that is wealth. Wealth is created in the exchange of goods and/or services. Simply put you want widget A more than you want widget B and you are willing to give me widget B in exchange. And for me to exchange I must want widget B more than I want widget A to make the trade. Once the trade has been made BOTH parties are now wealthier than the were before the trade.
Taxing the rich, therefore, does nothing towards building wealth. It does not help the poor or middle class. All it does is allow the parasite (the government) to have more money to give to countries who hate us, or to spend on things that do not benefit anyone (except for politicians).
The government does not need MORE money, it needs LESS
