You’re stuck on this false premise: the these “convictions” are authentic. They’re not. They are BULL$HIT. Just like everything Democrat - bogus, merely appearing as if it’s real.
Let’s say YOU were the one who was called a rapist, by some random woman who claimed you raped her. Or maybe… Your FATHER. Your father would deny it (since he had not raped her). And ask, when where? Her answers: “sometime in the 1990’s” “I think it was in that store, somewhere over there, sometime after lunch.” Hmmm. Such a traumatic event, ruined her life, yet she doesn’t know the time of day, the day of the week, the month —not even the YEAR? And she never told ANYBODY about it — back when it was supposed to have happened, nor since. No friends, parents, councilor, police. Told nobody.
So, in court, DAD says: “I’m innocent. I never raped that woman, or any woman, nor even touched her. I don’t even know who she is.”
GUILTY! You owe her $88 MILLION! What? Guilty of what? —by claiming you’re innocent, you are tarnishing the character of that woman. You’re saying she must be lying, so you must pay her.

But not when Dad is a mega rich, Republican politician, in a court where the whole system —Judge, DA, jury— is bought & paid for by his arch nemesis, let’s say, Dr Evil (George Soros). So, Laws are broken AGAINST DAD. The Constitution is broken AGAINST DAD. In a bullshit trial, with bullshit charges, a bullshit verdict, & bullshit sentencing. Yet now everyone goes around saying STAN HALEN SR CONVICTED RAPIST. That’s called DEMOCRAT LAWFARE.

BTW, all of the other “72 felony convictions” are completely made up; have NEVER HAPPENED TO ANYONE, ANYWHERE, EVER BEFORE, in an identical court setting (Your father’s enemies bent on his destruction, Buying the judge, DA, jury) for a BANK LOAN that was PAID OFF, COMPLETELY, on TERMS that were SET BY THE BANK, and THE BANK ITSELF WAS ENTIRELY PLEASED ABOUT THE TRANSACTION. NO CRIME. NO WRONGDOING, NO VICTIM. But, YOUR FATHER is guilty of 72 Felonies. Convicted felon.
