Keep in mind, mainstream media didn't start using that phrase "transfer of power" until Obama. They were trying to highlight the Obama had power and not the Presidential office had the power.

I understand it is a ruse.

The people hold the power.

Therefore, there is no transfer of power, merely the retention or replacement of the representative of the people.

Now it is debatable whether or not the people have been usurped of their power and whether or not the elected individual represents the people or the global cabal.
