I just realized that the snails are some of the only people that Ratmongers wouldn't call Titans

i imagine ratmongers probably have something like an adjustable neck brace so they don't have to constantly exert their neck muscles

Or they just evolved to have strong neck muscles from looking up so much

they can turn their heads faster than the naked eye can see
