She was a nightmare. The cackling was replaced with anger to cover her incompetence at answering questions based on her real previous comments on policies. She could not defend them so she got angry, talked over his follow up questions and blamed Trump for all she could think of. The interview was her opportunity to advocate herself but she chose the typical Democrat tactic of blame others and take no responsibility.
