B is correct. Most pumps I've seen it comes right out when you squeeze the handle. Have you seen the video of a guy that was getting carjacked while pumping gas? He doused them all with gas and they ran off...😆

I disagree. At the moment, the woman had one job, to pump the gas. Though she probably got most of the gas in, it was wrong and, if not dangerous, just foolish. Besides, if the mods had a problem with it, it would've been declined.
im gonna be completely honest the gas will run forever until like this hole has a liquid in it. theres a mechanism in the pump that stops it when its full. However, the way shes filling it doesnt allow the mechanism to sense if it is full, so it can run forever/until the station runs out of fuel.
That's true, it will keep shutting off, but it you keep backing it out to the top, you can overfill it till it leaks out. (I've done this accidentally trying to end the cost at a round number.)
