Yeah, I heard they're cooking up virtual AIDS for people addicted to online porn, as the disease progresses it causes people to identify with a specific kink letter in the LGBTQ alphabet and form online focus groups dedicated to mainstreaming whatever kink they happen to enjoy.

I dont believe they can create a hurricane but I do believe they can steer storms, HARRP was used to divert the jet stream which had the effect of diverting weather patterns, it has been shut down but whatever replaced it is surely in use. Weather as a weapon has been discussed since at least the 1950's, if you can flood out your enemy it's a better approach than sending 500,000 troops, the immediate dismissal of people who have suspicions as conspiracy theorists and crackpots with a doubling down approach of "just how crazy" that theory happens to be, tells me they don't want people peeking behind the curtain.
