The promises he’s talking about are fireflies and 80% of the content promised in 1.17 that didn’t release with the update, bundles were part of it and were only getting them now almost 5 years later

They literally said that the update will he coming in 2 parts, promises my ahh

The 2nd part only included the new cave generation, even though they promised the deep dark, bundles, and archeology.

I swear people hardly care when a game gets delayed a few months, but when it takes minecraft a little longer then expected to code something, the entire community is up in arms. Learn some patience ong 🙏

There is a reason why some content comes in later updates and takes so long. Because Minecraft Java and Bedrock are in two different coding languages (Java and C++) Mojang has to make sure that ideas can be coded and work in both languages. Features also have to fit within the game's style and atmosphere. Mojang has to make sure new features still feel like Minecraft and not entirely out of place

no. most of the people that play minecraft are on consoles so they use bedrock edition. if they killed bedrock over half of the people playing minecraft would leave.

They could make a new version for consoles that uses Java

that means the all the consles would have to have java installed which could potentially break the other gamess on it

Consoles don't support Java because the code can't run on them

Even people on computer use Bedrock because it runs better than Java does. A large majority of Minecraft players play Bedrock
