They are crap, because they don't DO anything for you. Knowing you have COVID once you have it doesn't change the treatment regimen for it as far as being a viral upper respiratory infection. There is no COVID specific drug to treat COVID. If you get pneumonia from COVID it isn't going to be treated any differently than pneumonia from any other virus.
