Apparently her family and their lawyers are arguing that what happened to her was a case of malpractice and not doctors being pressured by anti-abortion laws.

Which do you believe it to be?

I think it's a powerful statement to have the family and lawyers arguing that and not the other way when it seems likely knowing how blacks tend to vote (not thinking for themselves, obviously) that they would be putting all the blame on restrictive anti-abortion laws. We all know if blacks love one thing almost as much as being slaves to the democrat party and playing around on their plantation it's killing their babies in utero as Planned Parenthood clinics roll up on their neighborhoods and start up their baby sucking vacuums.

I wouldn't say black women necessarily enjoy getting abortions.

I believe black women fell prey to the democrat party and the democrat darling, Margaret Sanger, as well as the later government operation intended to break up the black family unit which led to poverty and several other social issues.

The democrat oppresses while smiling in your face.
