A View Of North Korea And South Korea From Space At Night

I the point I nwanted to make is that in South Korea there are lights at night
whereas North Korea is in darkness.
Does this make North Korea one of the most environmetally friendly countries in the world ?

I'm not sure anyone can call North Korea communist cause the rich benefit in Communism and the workers are the ones who don't, from what I know North Korea doesn't have no workers
