Is that Ghislaine Maxwell onstage in this meme photo with Gilmour?
*Upvoted and concur that Roger kinda lost his marbles... even within the past year, with his timing of expressing his Pro-Hamas crap right on the heels of October 7th of last year. Poor taste at best.
I was unaware of your Waters quote; and thanks for sharing that. I had not heard it until now.

If it occurred in response to the Regime Changing ways of the RINO Bush Junior Family;
(which was a new thing in USA Foreign Policy/International Relations...to TAKE OUT the head of state of another nation) then what he said might be understandable. Forgivable, No; understandable, Yes. The USA was known for rebuilding defeated nations, and let those nations discard their own crappy leaders. Bush Sr. went about the Kuwait/Desert Storm deal the right way. Problem was that
Iraq never got the hint to discard their leader and support another. Bush Jr. solved daddy's shortcoming in a most bizarre fashion at best. Ask Karl Rove. He was there for both.

I cannot go as far as saying the REAL Pink Floyd is without that Prick.
I'd concede that Roger is a lesser artist after, without his bandmates, just as they are w/o him.
Without him, the band is like a gelding. The Prick was the band leader, lyric writer, and conceptual imagination for Entire Albums being like chapters in a novel, telling a narrative, and the ideas for stage/live show props and gimmicks for audience entertainment. Roger's crappy raspy voice is Rock too; yet Gilmours melodic acoustic and silky voice singing Waters lyrics and in contrast was/is pretty damn good music to listen to, and Wright and Mason are champion musicians, I'd agree.
Much of what they did in recording, will stand the test of time.
If that Dark Side of the Moon Album came out fresh for the first time today, it would be as great.
Alan Parsons mixing that album for Stereo, deserves as much credit or more than the band.
