Not even close, so that is your first strike. Those were Trump's words and in no way offsets the accusation of a fake assassination attempt to which you alluded.

There is no other way to describe these people...they are literally displaying all cult like behavioral characteristics.

This one here is one of my favorites. It displays the most and clearly displays it in each interaction I've had.

I thought Reagan and Clinton were bad.

Reagan was more a hardcore fandom in comparison. Yeah, they crowned him a saint, messianic-ish... but it wasn't anywhere close to this zany foray into preposterously clusterfhucked hyperventilating unreality.

And Clinton's leaned more groupie, as it was totally enamored women - everything from my own mother (which was extra funny because it was so unlike her) to the Feminist Movement, which ended itself for his sake because of the Monica incident. Also ending the Sexual Harassment Craze which was at full steam back then until it came time to apply it to him, then it disappeared till the Me Too Movement started.

Dishonoring the family unit

No meaningful financial disclosure regarding budget, expenses such as an independently audited financial statement.
Unreasonable fear about the outside world, such as impending catastrophe, evil conspiracies, and persecutions.
There is no legitimate reason to leave, former followers are always wrong in leaving, negative or even evil.
Followers feel they can never be "good enough".
The group/leader is always right.
The group/leader is the exclusive means of knowing "truth" or receiving validation, no other process of discovery is really acceptable or credible.

You can obviously see the last comment where a few of these characteristics are quite evidently clear.
