No, I never said that any catholic democrat is conservative at all, I know Biden and Pelosi are much more liberal catholics that are really at odds with the church. I'm just saying the Philippines is a country that is a lot more conservative than any western nation and even more conservative than other Asian nations, the Philippines does try to adhere to catholic traditional values including not even allowing no fault divorce to be legal yet very ironically they have the highest rates of the aforementioned statistics. While non-religous Asian nations like China, Japan and South Korea have the lowest teen pregnancy, STD, divorce and single/unwed mother rates. Another such trend in the U.S. the so-called Bible Belt states have those high rates while Democrat states (particularly New England) have the lowest of such rates.
