2A - Covers anything that can be a weapon whether it is something impromptu like a pen/pencil to an attacker's neck or temple to a trained martial artist with hands and feet.
The second amendment reads that a person should be able to own whatever they can carry; that is current technology. That would include a light; anti tank weapon, but not the tank
