For irony, instead of the Milan Duomo you could’ve used something like the Sagrada Familia or the Sanctuary of Truth (awesome structures but incomplete despite being decades old).

The construction of the Duomo di Milano was started in 1386 and ended in 1932 (althrough iirc in the 1600s it was almost complete)
