People meet with those with shared ideologies and those with conflicting ideologies.
We do not know that the meetings were collaborative.
I do think the greater ability to put an agenda in motion lies with the international WEF organization of industrial, financial, and political figures than with the small "think tank" of conservative minded individuals that comprise the Heritage Foundation.
