A tapeworm is a separate species and cannot be anything other than a tapeworm. An unborn baby, a "fetus" is a growing human being with human DNA unique and different from the mother.

If a woman needs an abortion she should be able to get one. Not to mention there are dates worse than death, like going through foster care or being an unwanted kid. I'd rather be an aborted fetus.
