My father in law who was fourth generation farmer studied those topics extensively, so even that claim of yours I dispute. My daughter married a third generation farmer grows pines and cows. Uncle grows pecans, another grows row crops, another grows strawberries.

All of them keep up with Politics and History. Frankly, your statements don't match my real world observations. Perhaps you need to reevaluate your misconceptions of the American farmer and speak only of city life if you know that instead of spewing false libelous pontifications.
