Ah! Harry Potter was one of my favorite franchises growing up. I remember reading and re-reading the books and being at the premieres of every film in the series. I cried at the ending. This series was my childhood. My personal favourite character was Harry, and although (no offence intended) I have always resented Malfoy for how he treats the golden trio in the story, this illustration is able to make me put my feelings aside and appreciate the artist's dedication to her liking of him. Whether you love him, loathe him, or are not familiar (which, how would one not be?) should not have any bearing on appreciating the time and effort put into, as always, the details on his clothing, his bearing, his rucksack, his everything. This captures the entire likeness of Draco Malfoy to a tee, perfectly showing off her endless talent and shattering all expectations in the meantime.

P.S. Mad respect not only for the artist, but also for Tom Felton, the actor who portrayed Draco Malfoy in the films. Although I mentioned previously that I was no fan of his character, it is a known fact that this lad had his hair bleached for nearly a bloody decade for those films. I am bringing this up because I can't imagine what that was like. I feel for him because I, personally, bleached my hair for only several months a few years ago and, man, I had shorter hair than Mr. Felton at the time, but the upkeep was brutal! It felt like fire ants every time. I must only imagine that Mr. Felton is still traumatized. He must be grateful he doesn't have to do it anymore. When I returned to natural, I, personally, felt the best I'd ever felt, no cap. It was a huge relief!
