It wasn’t a fundamental right. It is just unlawful for Justices to write law. That is why it was repealed. Now it is in the states hands and people across the states are voting on amendments this election to determine if those states want it or not. Don’t get so worked up about it. There will be plant of states that will allow women to kill their offspring. It is the way it is supposed to work.
