That's not the actual source - like so much right-wing propaganda it's just a repost, like what Viking did here. The point wasn't to test your ability to google a headline, but rather to see if he bothered to source the bit of nonsense he shared.
If you did possess a shred of intellectual curiosity, you might have followed the citations back to this Wordpress blog ( https://expose-news.com/2024/08/06/nasty-fibres-given-off-by-wind-turbine-blades/ ), only to find only a brief summary was actually authored by 'Rhoda Wilson'.
Of course, that Rhoda Wilson doesn't seem to actually exist, and even if 'she' did, 'she' -isn't the source either-, but is just reposting a long diatribe by some right-wing substack fiction writer with the pseudonym 'Epimetheus' who claims to be a Norweigan historian named Stephan Sander-Faes.
But the problem is, Stephan Sander-Faes doesn't use that moniker on substack - nor has he ever published anything about windmills... you can see for yourself here: https://espc.substack.com/
The moral of this lesson is don't drink stupid propaganda out of open sewers.
