War crimes are establish after a tribunal. Not by just saying so. Hamas (the terrorist organization) murder, slaughter and kidnapped civilians. If they had breached and attacked IDF or Israel’s military complex, Hamas may have been more justified in their actions. They chose to cause terror instead.

Nope military shouldn’t blow up ambulances, yet if it is used to transport Hamas terrorist hiding inside. Then that is a military target in a war zone.
