Because Israel constantly pulls ye olde race card plus keeps reminding everyone about Hitler as if they were the only ones he didn't target and kill. Heck, Hitler didn't even like Catholic Germans.
So they make it like a criticism against the government is not only a criticism against the people, but a Nazi attack against their ethnicity and religion.
The "anti-Semitism" bit is especially ironic, as European Jews have about 1/3 Jewish blood, making them only 1/3 Semitic, whereas Palestinians are 100% Semitic.
