I restarted my geno run to get Spider Cider to help beat Undyne The Undying. After that i just kept attempting the fight until I won. If the yellow/inverse spears from the green soul sections are giving you trouble there's a guide somewhere online

I restarted and got the ballet shoes on my first geno run, beat her quite fast after that, hope this helps

i have the cloudy glasses and ballet shoes equipped i think i just have a skill issue

Another thing that I found myself doing wrong was not healing enough, kept dying really early
