I think all those signs were orchestrated. Audience was told when to hold up signs. But all rallies are like that, even RNC. Even television audiences are signalled when to respond.

Yes it does because it was funny when they had to pretend there was a technical difficulty when it started out so boring and the speakers were begging the crowd to react
