Upvoted; but be fair. The California legislature and Gavin Newsome are generating new laws to substitute for proven to have been effective old laws -- that they have been ignoring -- because they KNOW that the average Dem Party voter really is just that easy to fool. They are, in other words, betting on a historically proven sure thing.
