Legal or not her parents weren't citizens at the time of her birth. She's an Anchor baby. The founding fathers specifically and purposely worded with separate terms "citizen and "natural born citizen". Meaning that each term has a different meaning. The latter meaning: Your parents were also citizens at the time of your birth in the same country. If "citizen" adnd "natural born citizen" were the same thing. They would have used only one term to describe a CITIZEN.

You’d think in 2024, people who consider themselves political (like our friend the OP) would know that The Constitution lists only three qualifications for the Presidency — the President must be at least 35 years of age, be a natural born citizen, and must have lived in the United States for at least 14 years. How can anyone still not know this? Same with Obama. His mother was an American born citizen. If he had been born inside a Terrorist training camp in Kenya (he probably was) he’d still be 100% American and eligible.

A "natural born citizen" is someone with at least one parent who is loyal to the country. Being that neither of her parents were citizens, means neither were loyal.

For clarity, the purpose for writing both terms "citizen" and 'natural born citizen" was meant to differentiate between a legal citizen (naturalized citizen) in addition to a person born on American soil who has at least one parent with legal citizen status. This was meant to prevent any outside infiltrator with malicious intent from gaining a position of power in our government.

Oh yeah, Also... Obama's mom was living in kenya and was late in her term. She couldn't fly to Hawaii until after Obama was born. They later registered Obama's birth certificate in Hawaii. Obama's birth certificate is a fraud and was confirmed as such.

Neither of Kamala's parents were American citizens at the time of her birth in Oakland, CA Making neither of her parents "loyal" to the country. Which means kamala isn't technically a natural born citizen. I know it kind of falls into a legal grey area but it's very clear under constitutional law.
