Yeah, people nowadays likely do react that way, yet back in the day it was quite innovative. I'm talking about the original show, not "Adult Party Cartoon." Also the world didn't yet know what kind of person John Kricfalusi (the creator) was. Still, I did eventually stop watching, since it seemed to just keep getting grosser over time.
