i live in michigan. legally both people must be 16. there is a clause called the romeo and juliet law. this states that one must be above sixteen and the other thirteen and they must be within four years of age to have something similar (basically no actual intercourse may happen). problem is neither of these laws are met. of course i believe chaws lives in a different state. i havent heard about nameless. but nonetheless it will stll be illegal for them to have intercourse
