Different strokes for different folks. I appreciate there is a bit of variety instead of the flags all just being different stripes of color. The enbian flag, in my opinion, has a cool looking moon that pairs well color wise with the black to purple gradient. I feel like whoever designed it put a lot of thought into it.

I'd say it could be in D, maybe even C tier looking back on it. This list was made when I was quite tired, so my reasoning doesn't exactly check out for a lot of these
