Because from what I've read, she argued as the state AG against the admission of DNA testing to the appeal. Which is not the same as hiding.

claim that 1,000 drug cases had to be dismissed when Harris was D.A. is accurate, although Harris has denied knowing about the problems with the crime lab that triggered those dismissals until the issue became public. it is correct that Harris did not pursue all evidence in the case she referenced, but the innocence of the inmate in question has yet to be determined.

Good luck finding any accurate info on this as liberals are scrubbing the net clean of her history like being named the border czar!

Arguing against allowing evidence in on an appeal that helped convict a man, because the evidence was tainted or flawed...is hiding tainted evidence from the court!

It was allowed into the court process! It helped convict him. Then as soon as it becomes public that thousands of Lab cases were thrown out. The DA doesn't want it brought into the appeals court, because it would get the charges thrown out! All evidence that helps get someone convicted is admissible in an appeals hearing. Not bringing knowledge of contaminated evidence or findings from evidence by the state. Is in itself an attempt to wrongly imprison a US Citizen and goes against statute! Not to mention human decency and fairness of the criminal court system!

But that doesn't hide anything. Because during the evidence hearing the appeals court judges would hear the evicence and then decide whether or not it should be considered for the appeals process.
