That's why governments and other organizations donate money and/or food to food banks to help them out. There is a welfare system to also help those is poverty. In Cuba, everyone is in poverty. Same with the old Soviet Union and why it failed in the late 80s and it became more of a market economy. Where do you get your idealism from? Certainly not from history.
