more affordable for some casual gamers, and many games are Console Exclusive (We're looking at you, Nintendo). that said, many console games ARE getting ported to PC, so that is a win. at the same time, many PC games are getting ported to console (I play Hogwarts Legacy & Hollow Knight on the Switch), even games you wouldn't expect to work (Civilization VII is going to be available on PC, Xbox, PlayStation 4 & 5 and Nintendo Switch).

In conclusion, PCs were better, but with consoles getting better and better and games getting ported to them, consoles are slowly becoming an extremely reasonable alternative to a PC.

He DOES have a point though. I wish they had kept it free though, my first online experiences were on the 3DS, playing Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon. when Luigi's mansion 3 came out I was exited to play ScareScraper again only to be locked out by a 240$/year subscription.

The same happens with other consoles, so he does have a great point. I do think that since consoles are cheaper, you can use some of the money you save on online membership & games, but then again, that really isn't the point of "Saving with a console".

Wait also their also alot of bad things the graphics card really do process the gane but most of the time it overheats the computer way to much and you have to wait for it to cool down and pc players tend to be more of hackers since it easier to mod any type of gane or change the files or download cheating software and what's worse they have to be on those servers with hackers unless consoles have cross platforms which pc players can't use which make consoles even more better

at least for me, I have good cooling so I could prob even overclock my graphics which will produce even more heat, and I don't hack but I am always getting on singleplayer or private multiplayer with friends and goofing anything I can so see what will happen lol.

I'm not saying all pc user are bad is that most of them use hacks and use console servwrs becuase we cant fight against them or a fool on just spending a graphics card

im with consoles, but pc has more modding ability, which makes much played games fun. its also easier to record on pc

I personally like console better because I grew up on PS2/3/4. The only computer games were website games, like Cool Math Games and the Electric Company (nostalgia just hit me ohmigosh helpp)

well, some consoles are hard to aim with in fps games, since the aiming is reliant on the analog stick. Not saying all consoles are hard to aim with, just the ones that lack motion detection

Games are always optimized for consoles, for PC, you either gotta pay 2 grand or just not play anything. Then there's pricing, where having a decent PC that doesn't try to turn into a Super Saiyan when you try to run a game that has graphics that are greater than "Fast" has to be in the thousands range when it comes to pricing. However, the most powerful gaming console there is (Xbox: Series X) is $500 at most. Also, getting the elephant out of the room: Nintendo exclusives.

for 1100 buck I have a pc that is better than the Xbox series x and ps5. Consoles are sold at a discount, and they make their money back by games (Nintendo is the def doing that with their prices), subscriptions, etc. You don't have to buy a new console every time they come out with a new one to play new games, just upgrade something.

I honestly don't wanna go through the trouble of upgrading stuff or spending a lotta money on stuff I dunno how to put together.

fair, for me at least pc is the way to go cuz I CAN NOT play on a controller good at all for some reason and I have figured out how to build pcs and upgrade them.

yea agree to disagree. For you it might be hard to take it all the keys. For me I started playing on pc rather than console so I'm just truly not good at using controllers, always pushing the wrong buttons (prob don't have the muscle memory cuz I don't use them that much) also for a game I play Farming Simulator 22 I have to hit 2 or 3 controller buttons at once to do some controls and that gets a little annoying.

I *do* play on PC sometimes and I can tell which key from which from how they feel, but I meant like let's say WASD is you main controller scheme, but you gotta use like comma or something to do something while holding a mouse, but I'm glad we came to some sort of resolution
