I don't know about anyone else of course, but I get it. I know what she's saying.

Consider that people are making as much fun or her, if not more, because of the way she chose to state that concept. The words, and how she put them together, and how she states it when speaking publicly.

That one is not particularly burdened with 'word salad-ness' to use a phrase she might use. But it's 'word salady' enough that they want to have some fun with it.
