Fox 2 indicates that you fired a heat seeking missile; which doesn't lock onto humans. Also, that missile would kill the furry as well.

ALSO! That F-22 is firing from it's weapons bay. Which only holds Radar Guided Missiles.

You know the vapor cloud that comes off of explosions? That's because the pressure in the shockwave is so great that it turns the surrounding air turns into water again for a second.

Also a Fox 2 holds 9kg of tnt which I would suspect is about 50 tons (A different kind of ton) of tnt. Making the explosion radius about 12.35 meters (Or about 37 feet) An AIM-9X takes about 5 seconds to reach the target. So given the distance in the picture; the furry would have to run at about 5mph faster than spy.

However! The launch distance of the AIM-9X is only about 1 mile which at Mach 2.5 the missile would reach the target in about 1.8 seconds. Which means the furry would have to run at about 31.15 mph.

THIRTY-ONE MILES PER HOUR (Or 50 kph)
