I know I get more EXP for Warrant Arrests but I keep shooting the Open Warrants accidentally so now it's my MO: I do the mission the first time and things happen. If any Open Warrants die, I go back and try to arrest all Open Warrants. Then after that I go back and kill all the Open Warrants so balance returns to the Force.
