TW. Sick. Probably just a cold I'm overreacting to

TW. Abuse, sickness, and trauma

So as some of you know, i had a "problematic" ex gf. Well she was problematic bc she was physically abusive. Some of the many things I have from her are these sore spots that flare up and cause a lot of pain. Normally it's just one every now and then, but bc im sick, Normally it's 3ish when I'm sick, but this time it's all of them. I am in pain all throughout my body. I just wanna be held and cry in my boyfriends arms
