I think the cop that shot her was responsible for her death, she is culpable too for entering the building but there are many videos that I have seen where cops were holding doors open, moving boxes out of the way, quite the opposite of blocking ppl from entering.

Footage of people not smashing windows or assaulting cops with flagpoles and bear spray doesn't negate the existence of the footage that does.
