Disagree. Appears to be first shot. Stung his ear and his hand moves up. We only hear one shot + report before he reacts. Rest come after he’s down and the moron is firing at the crowd.
That bullet is moving at a minimum of 2700 ft/second. A reaction time of Trump moving his hand of 1/10 of a second puts the bullet that grazed his head 270 feet past him. This picture shows the second bullet. The sound from the barrel travels at ~700 ft/second.
