17% of gen z, 11% of millennials, 6% of gen x, and 5% of boomers (sorry, they didn't have info about gen alpha) identify as lgbtq according to this year’s Ipsos Pride Survey. They aren't wrong for their lgbtq+ identities and neither are you.

If you are having negative thoughts about your sexual orientation, you could try challenging your thoughts and reminding yourself that what you are and how you feel isn't wrong. You could also try watching videos about people who have the same orientation as you and it will help you realize you aren't as alone and that it's ok to have the sexual orientation that you do.

Gen-alpha is just a sub-generation of gen-Z. Basically named after the "sigma/alpha/Beta" bs on YouTube

Nah. They are the next official generation after Gen Z. The same way Gen Z was the next generation after Gen Y aka Millennials. They ran out of letters and decided to go back to “a” which is called alpha in the NATO phonetic alphabet. Alpha is their nickname like Millennial is Gen Y’s nickname and Zoomer is sometimes used as Gen Z’s nickname.

Members of the Gen Z years were born between 1997 and 2012. Generation Alpha are defined as those born from 2010-2024. It seems like it would be a sub-generation because they interlap.

That's just different sources not agreeing on when gen alpha started. Gen z and millennial also have a similar issue for when they started/ended. Gen alpha isn't stopping this year, that's just the most recent year any of them could be born. Its going to be going on for awhile still.

My brain basically did a complete 180 and turned into a furry in a week, when I am in the furry personality I am extremely kinky and hate myself when I am in my normal personality, I feel like I need to tell my parents but I don't know how I should explain to them that I am sometimes Ace, sometimes Pan, what a Therian and Furry is and that I am into BDSM, and my world is falling apart.

If you have a sexuality that shifts, that is called abrosexual. There is nothing wrong with being abrosexual. There is also nothing wrong with being a furry or a therian.

Furry is a hobby and isn't something you need to come out as. You also don't need to come out as liking bdsm/kinks (your parents would probably prefer not knowing that about you… just like you would prefer not to know the kind of sex your parents have.)

As far as kinks go, it can take a while to accept what you are into. For me, seeing characters like Mr slave on South Park and Quagmire on Family Guy made me feel less alone. Mr slave is this kinky bdsm gay man, but he also has positive relationships on the show and is seen as very wise. Quagmire is kinda kink the person, but he also has a stable job as a pilot, friends that care about him, a family that he's on good terms with, hobbies and things he likes (reading, retro cars, cats, etc), and most people on the show just treat him like a person instead of a disgusting freak. He's a well-rounded person despite being kinky. That made me feel a lot better about myself.

Just don't go after animals, don’t go after underage people if you are 18+, don’t flash people (including digital flashing like sending a D pic), don’t spy on people, and don’t drug people. If you can follow those rules, it's all good. As long as you have the consent of a willing partner and it's done safely, it's ok to explore those types of things.

whether or not ur a furry or whatever that second thing was doesnt matter to normal people, and you can like all genders and identities without wanting seggs.

If your issue is being insecure about your sexuality, a lot of people when they first realize they are lgbtq, are insecure about it. Hopefully, there are fewer now than there used to be quite a few years ago, but I know that there still are people insecure when they realize they are lgbtq. I spent years not accepting myself and not being that great of a person because I didn't want others to know I wasn't straight (due to a religious upbringing with a church that had some anti lgbtq sermons and the world being different than it is today)… I’ve apologized, I’ve learned, and I’ve have done quite a bit for the lgbtq community since then.

Maybe I'll come out one "feature" at a time.
