I have said this before:
Stage 1. People who are followers, hungering for knowledge and growth.
Stage 2. People who aren't followers but seeking or are open to hear the truth.
Stage 3. Non followers that aren't seeking but are open the truth when they hear it
Stage 4. Non followers that aren't seeking and aren't open to the truth.
Talk to God before you talk to men. Stage 4 humanity - give them to God. Only He can reach past their hurt, their rebellion. Stage 4 is not a knowledge thing, a head thing. It's a heart thing.
Stay strong. Stay blessed☝️😌🙏

"We have eyewitness testimony in the Bible"

How do we know they were eyewitnesses? And who were they? The four gospels were written anonymously, even Christian scholars admit this.

It sounds like you just believe what the Bible says is true and then point to what it says as proof that it's true. What is there outside the Bible that confirms that Jesus did any of those things, or was God? And if Jesus is alive today, how come nobody can show him to people?

"A building requires a builder. A painting needs a painter. Creation requires a Creator."

That's just playing word games because you're just calling something a creation and saying it needed a creator. You have to demonstrate it was created before you can say it needed a creator.

It sounds like you are just trying throw out reasons to not believe. This is a heart thing, not a head thing. Scholars do not all believe they were written anonymously. We know they were all written within the first century. The multitude of copies coupled with secular historians writing about Him point to the truth of the claims. We know everything but Revelation and maybe the books of John was written prior to 70 AD since the destruction of the Temple was never mentioned. All of this was written within the lives of the other eyewitnesses that would have vehemently denied any lies. Clearly you are, at best, a 3, I will leave you in the very capable hands of God. If you are His, He will speak to you louder and louder til you are unable to ignore Him any more. I pray that you are His and that you don't keep pushing Him away. There isn't a lot of time left. Your life could get very interesting and very complicated. If, sadly, you aren't meant to be His. No amount info will reach you. Be well.

I'm just saying that I'm not convinced there are good reasons to believe. That's not the same as trying to avoid believing.

"This is a heart thing, not a head thing"

It's a head thing. I'm not convinced. Emotions have nothing to do with it.

The general consensus among Bible scholars is that the four gospels were written anonymously because none of them say who wrote them

"The multitude of copies coupled with secular historians writing about Him point to the truth of the claims"

Just because we have a bunch of copies of something doesn't mean it's true. Are you also a Muslim because we have many copies of the Quran?

"We know everything but Revelation and maybe the books of John was written prior to 70 AD since the destruction of the Temple was never mentioned"

Most scholars agree that Mark was the first gospel written, and it was written between 60 and 70, and the others were written years after that

And even if there were people still alive who would say that something didn't happen that doesn't mean everybody would believe them. Right now today there are people who have lies told about them, and the people are still alive to disprove the lies, but the lies and rumors still get passed around and believed by people.

Why do you think that I'm pushing God away just because I'm not convinced that something is true?

I'm always open to hear good arguments and good evidence, but Christians haven't provided any. And Jesus must not want me to know he exists otherwise he would make himself clearly known to me.

Can you explain what that means? If someone is "stage 4" why do you assume they're hurt or in rebellion? And what does it mean when you say it's not a "knowledge thing"?

Saul was a 4. He knew what was in the word of God, but didn't understand it. He was expecting a Messiah to confirm to his idea of what Messiah should be. When Jesus did not, Saul rejected Him. The followers of Christ could not convince him even with miraculous events. Only an intervention from Jesus could reach him. A level 4 today is much the same. Most would be unwilling to experience blindness to know that Jesus was and is who we are told in the Bible. That without Him, we are lost and dieing. That He has standards we can never measure up to. That we: you myself, and everyone else, are not good enough on our own. God's standard is perfection. No sin in our lives, ever. Not a lie. No anger. I cannot do that on my own. Can you? Can anyone?

I find it very hard to believe that Jesus did the stuff the Bible says because we don't have evidence

There aren't any pictures, true. We have eyewitness testimony in the Bible and from writers that had nothing to do with the Bible. He lived, died, and came back to life. If this happened every other Tuesday, it would neither be a big deal, nor would it be memorable. He was able to do all these things because He is God. The Creator would absolutely have authority over creation. Scientists know that the universe had a beginning. God spoke the universe and all that is on it into existence. The universe can't be created from within it. The laws we are able to detect and verify are all fine tuned. A building requires a builder. A painting needs a painter. Creation requires a Creator.
