1. The field of view is not that limited when you already know where to look and are already facing the zone
2. There was a spotter with that officer.
3. That scope isn't an ACOG, it's adjustable and they had 3 to 4 minutes to lock in on the target.
4. It doesn't take 3 to 4 minutes to adjust for your shot when you already have a general idea of where the target is.
