I think with Biden it’s a very emotional decision. After decades on Capitol Hill, he probably has a chip on his shoulder that he was passed up twice by the DNC: once when Obama was the nominee and second when Hilary was the nominee.
Plus the Office of the Presidency affords some legal protection for the Big Guy.

What you don't think that with all that money going to Ukraine, that 10% isn't coming back to the big guy? Maybe after he leaves office...

Reportedly the grift during his VP tenure got them the money. But now he’s probably being blackmailed to keep throwing money to Ukraine.

The entire reason Ukraine was coerced to give up its nukes in the Budapest Memorandum was the West’s belief they couldn’t trust the corrupt Ukrainians to not sell nukes to Islamic terrorists or NOKO.

That would make sense that that Ukraine would sell them. But if they're selling them, why do we keep suppling more? Monetarily that makes no sense.

Zelensky already canned a few military higher ups for losing track of money and weapons. Millions out of billions of aid.
Not a big percentage to hurt Ukraine, but plenty to fill somebody’s pocket.
